Deposit Policy

When you rent a car from RIDRIVE, you need to pay a deposit in the amount specified by the company for a particular car.

Refund will be made in the way that is convenient for the client and possible for the company.

In cases when the deposit is sent by debit/credit cards, and also by transfers, the company can request the necessary information for funds transfer. We do not pass on any of your data to third parties.

Return of the deposit is refunded after 30-90 days from the date of actual termination of the rental contract and return of the vehicle to the Lessor.

All additional charges as well as other fees from the Lessor (if any) will be deducted automatically before the return is processed, such as toll roads and fines. The costs of the return shall be paid by the Lessee.
